Star Alliance - Lounge upon arrival at LHR

I have an upcoming Executive First flight on Air Canada (booked through United), that will land in LHR. I also have a United Club membership.

I looked at the Star Alliance website and the answer looks like no. However, is there a lounge that I can use to revitalize myself after I land?

There is Air Canada arrivals lounge at Terminal 3 which you can use to revitalise.

Executive First entitles you to the Arrivals lounge. You walk along the terminal towards the bus stops and take a quick / short walk outside and it's on your left. Nice in there, showers etc.
