Hi Guys, pardon me if it is not proper to post it here. I have a 10 ride ticket between Toronto downtown and YYZ airport. I only used 3 times and it is going to expire in about 3 months.I don't have any travel plans in the near future. Don't know how to deal with it? Any suggestions?

Phone the company and discuss? I would ask nicely for them to reissue.

I'm not sure how stringent the bus drivers are in checking the expirey date.

You can politely suggest the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 in Ontario prohibits the expiration of gift cards. You can try to convince them your ticket meets that criteria and should not be able to expire.

I take the TTC 192 Airport Express downtown once per month. $2.25/ride/token. One hour door to door.

I often meet visitors who don't know about the Gray Coach service. I rarely suggest they take it. It costs $26 and on a good day, takes 40 minutes.

I see you paid $17.50/ticket for the 10 tickets. Is it really worth it?
