Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Bother with LH F, or stick with J?

Heading to Europe in a few days and have a J rewards ticket with LH. There is availability on LH F from YYZ to FRA and DUS, and I think from YUL to MUC.

From what I understand, LH uses planes with the old F on these routes. Is it worth it to fly old F, or should I stick with J?

Personally, stick with J - having done both the increase in price/mileage doesn't sell itself..

Even though the flight from YYZ to FRA is short but I would stick to F class.

No brainer on an overnight flight. Even the old F is F. If you have enough miles I'd go for F.

I would say that F is a far better choice if the additional miles are not too major of a consideration for you.

Old Seats or not, the F is experience is really better.

If you got enough miles for F go for it, especially to FRA where you can use the FCT if you are connecting to a LH/LX/OS flight on the same day.
