Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Is that routing possible at all? What milage I might get?

Hey there,
After recent visit at my doctor I got a little more careful with overnight TATLs in Y. Yep, that "bl***" thing starting with letter "T".

I'm planning to do WAW-SFO-WAW early September and I'm more or less desperate to get C on my return flight. Will need to pay for that Y->C from my own pocket so looking for the best deal.
Basic (Y) routing I got from my TA as follows:

I was looking to "exchange" return flight with something resonably inexpensive in C. ITA Matrix provides an interesting LO option w/ AA codeshare.

And here come my two questions:
- do you think TA will be able to put them on a one ticket? (trip in Y ~1200EUR, trip in C ~2500EUR)
- although this is NOT a milage run - do I understand correctly that only AA leg will be excluded from M&M accural?

Usually you can mix classes, the fares are combinable. No miles on M&M for AA.

If you are booking in a LH M fare you could apply a United paper GPU for LH to upgrade to C. These are available for a decent value nowadays over at the coupon connection...;)
