Air France Frequence Plus - 40 hour layover - can I check bags through?

Flying next week TLV-CDG-SFO. Arriving Friday night in Paris and leaving Sunday morning. Can I check bags all the way through or do I have to claim them at CDG? If so, any thoughts on where they could be stored at CDG?

I believe you have to claim them in CDG. There is a storage facility in term 2 just in front of the Sheraton hotel entrance (i.e. above the TGV/RER train station).
