I have several copies of that menu on my book shelf.

Along with the #1 in North America Rating, it seems to have a timeless quality about it (in that it doesn't change too often!)

Quick question about your seat choice (2A) on the A319. Most seem to favor 2A / 2C as the best seats in J on the 319. Agree ?

Not the OP but, I prefer the starboard side windows when flying into YVR because the mountains are prettier on that side.
