It depends on your fare.@:-) There are 107 published fares for IAH-PEK-IAH, each with its cancellation penalties. It ranges from 0 to 100%. There could be other unpublished SQ fares too. Note SQ charges $50 admin fee for all refunds even for fares without penalties.
