Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Redemption seats in F SIN/HKG

I currently have 2 redemption seats in F ( BA Miles ) on CX734 on 26/12 which is showing as operating with a 744.

Just read that two 744s to leave the CX Fleet in Sept 2012.

There is another flight on the same day C690 operated by 77W with redemptions in F.

Which flight has more chance of having an F cabin?.

Really want F service.

There's no way to tell as the SIN route is one of the routes seeing the most frequent equipment swaps.

This was the swap I encountered for 691/690 during Christmas last year, all happened within 1 month before departure:
691: 77D -> 333 (regional)
690: 77D -> 333 (regional) -> 343 -> (after OLCI commenced) 77D

Flew CX 690 yesterday and I was the only one passenger in F.
Good thing is that I was treated like a king. Good food but above all, fantastic crew. Four crew members and the whole F cabin for myself.
Cabin full in Y and 80% in J.

Same here. My wife and I were the only two in F on CX 690 on 7/18. We were treated like kings as well...walked off the plane with a full bottle of wine the FAs had opened but we didn't drink.
