Has anybody recently been successful in having miles credited to M&S retroactively via email or fax?
Background: I have two (of four) UA segments from early June that did not post. I sent an email to milesandsmiles@thy.com including attached BP and ticket - no response. I sent a fax two weeks later to +90 2124652363 with the same information. And finally, four days ago, another short email to milesandsmiles@thy.com asking about the status of my request - again, no answer.
Sending the scanned BP by email has worked in the past, I believe... or was I only lucky?
