Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - CSA OK+ miles question

Hello

I am looking to burn off my remaining 38K of OK+ miles, and have a question. I live in Canada, and am looking to use them for a trip to Alaska next summer on DL. I could fly economy at 25K, or buy 2,000 miles to fly up front.

The question is, does OK+ consider US domestic first a business class reward?
