Hi Guys

Wondering if anyone with experience travellling at these airports can tell me the best nicest lounge to use.

BRU - (Transiting on a United Global First ticket to LHR / 1k / Star Gold)
BCN - (Departing on a Lufthansa Business ticket to FRA / 1k / Star Gold)
FRA - (Departing on a Lufthansa Business ticket to USA / 1K / Star Gold)

Thanks!!!

BCN; Spanair went out of Business so LH uses a contract lounge they will give you a pass for.

FRA-Any senator lounge is fine. The Tower Lounge is pretty good also.

BCN - You don't get a choice

FRA (to US). Use the towers lounge. It is right near your gate and has nice views of the airport

BRU - the Brussels Air lounge (they have a nice lounge where the flights to Africa depart from (strange opening hours)

Just be aware the Tower Lounge can get quite crowded, to the point where there is nowhere to sit. Also, the entry and exit can be time consuming since its two elevators to access only.

If you have LOADS of time in FRA, then the Senator Lounge at B42 (I think that's it's location) is better than the other senator lounges (excluding the Tower Lounge) - bigger, more space, a little "hipper" design, and a few more food offerings.

I've had precisely this issue in the Senator lounge but not the Tower Lounge (which was a ghosttown that I had wished I had visited first).

Last time I was through FRA in March, the tower lounge let us use the stairs to exit when UA901 boarding was called, even though both elevators were operational.

FRA by far the best senator lounge. Avoid tower lounge. Find another senator lounge with your star gold status.

don't forget the GIANT pretzels and hot dogs in the Senator Lounge in FRA

BRU - One lounge on each side (Schengen/Non-Schengen). Schengen one is probably better, but that won't be available to you.

Shengen - the SAS lounge is MUCH nicer then the BRU AIR lounge

Non Shengen - I've only used the Jet Air (F) lounge which is fantastic

Since UA doesn't operate any of the lounges in the OP's list, I'll move this to the Star Alliance Forum where the non-UA travellers can offer their help.
