Worked for me At Park Inn Trier. Able to get 3 for 2, saved me about 100 euros.

The Club Carlson offers are never ending. While the 50% off awards EMEA offer (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/club-carlson/1367721-club-carlson-50-redemption-select-hotels-emea.html) seems to have relatively few hotels participating, I just did a search for Paris on this Amex 3 for 2 offer and there seems to be plenty of availability.

Unfortunately, since Radisson Blu Edwardian is excluded this does rule out nearly all the London hotels. However, Radisson Blu Portman hotel is available and that's in a great location.
