I some problems with my computer .... had to start it new.
When I use Windows Internet Explorer 9 I can not pay my bills.

I got this answers:

"....Our developer said that your problem with getting that pop up when trying to submit your payment is to do with your web browser (see comment below). Try to use a different web browser to access the internet if possible. There is nothing we can do on our end for that......

That sounds like a web browser incorrectly processing the HTML request to/from the website .. meaning its a condition that's local only to the customer. First time this has ever been reported.

I would recommend the customer try using a different web browser if that is available, sometimes customers have both Internet Explorer and Firefox or Chrome....."

I used Mozilla Firefox and could pay my bills!

I made some changes at the "Internet Options", still I can not pay my bills with Internet Explorer 9 !?!
BTW, that is the first time that I have this problems... Any ideas?

In the vast majority of the times I've seen an issue like this, it was never resolved. About half the time it was because they would check which browser was running and if they had not updated their software to recognize version 7 for example was the latest, they would say if it's not 1 to 5 we won't run on it and the software would code it for something stupid.

Chrome had a ton of these issues when it first came out, but over time the sites I've had issues with all started working.

If you google downgrade internet explorer you will find a ton of threads from people who have had to downgrade for one reason or another.....

I predict that if you switch to either Firefox or Chrome browser with Adblock, you will never go back to IE. IE is slow and frustrating every time I have to use it.

I suggest you go back to Firefox. If the support team on the other end can't help, I wouldn't bother trying to tackle it myself (actually, I probably would, but I'm a stubborn bit-head)

some of the incompatibility issues with IE9 can be gotten around using the compatibility view options (google it if you want to see how to use it).

Click the icon of the ripped page next to the address bar. That will load the site in compatibility mode - I can't remember which, but it is either rendering it as if you are using IE 8 or IE7 after you click that.

As for ad blocking - If you enable tracking protection - it blocks essentially every ad on the internet that I have run across, speeding up IE drastically. However, I'd be lying if I said I preferred IE over chrome :)

Thanks a lot TO ALL WHO HELPED A LOT!
I am going to try all ... however, I mostly use Windows Internet Explorer, and I am not very good with Firefox & Chrome.

The whole problem started, computer crashed, when I loaded WS-FTP LE!
Again, thanks for all the help!
