Brazil - Recent Thoughts on Rio Gray Line Tours?

Only found one brief mention when I did a search...any current or recent feedback on Gray Line Tours in Rio? I am leaning towards the all day tour, for US$158....gets me to all the main sites. In other cities they've been able to get priority access to ancillary things like trams, etc.

Gray Line spends most of the time picking up other passengers at other hotels and then dropping off.
Simply take a taxi to the sights or hire a private tour guide with vehicle. With 2 people, a day with a private tour guide may work out to the same as the bus tour for 2.
