Is there any way to convert DM for free nights at hotel partners ?
If you don't mind a horrendous exchange rate you can move US Dividend Miles to PC points at points.com. It's 10k DM to 4.25k PC, which is just plain horrible.
Just keep your miles alive and redeem for a nice flight one day.

AA points can be redeemed for hotels and not ridiculous rates. Maybe hold out a little bit longer...

If you have Amex points you can convert those to PC and SPG at non rediculous rates.
