I am in short of a few hundreds of mileages of my UA mileage plus for a reward ticket.
My friend has enough priority points available.
Can it be converted to my UA mileage?

have you try doing those 300 PCR surverys? It might be easier.. as I am not sure if you can transfer points the way you stated from your from UA account.

No. Unfortunately, you can only transfer PC points to a frequent flyer program account in your own name only.
