US Airways Dividend Miles - US Airways Debit Card?

Not sure if someone already posted this, but now that BOA has 86'd their US Div Miles debit card effective Sept. 2012 does anyone know of a bank offering another US miles debit card? I did hear BOA was thinking about issuing an LH debit card in its place.

As far as I know there's just the AS debit card from BofA and the DL debit card from Sun Trust.

An LH debit card would be intriguing, but their miles expire every 3 years unless you have one of their CREDIT cards. Unless they extended that to include the debit card, I don't know that I'd be getting one. If I may ask, where did you hear that?

Thanks Letter. A branch manager told me this last month when I stopped in a BOA location in San Francisco during one of my weekly business trips out here. It was something she said she heard but was not sure.
