American Express Membership Rewards - Bank or Credit Union with low ATM fees-AMEX prepaid

Need to use the AMEX PrePaid Card to withdraw Money at the ATM. Anyone know which Bank or Credit Union in CA offers the lowest ATM fee for their non-bank ATM Card?

Need to use the AMEX PrePaid Card to withdraw Money at the ATM. Anyone know which Bank or Credit Union in CA offers the lowest ATM fee for their non-bank ATM Card?

Believe it or not the cheapest place to get cash are from independent ATM machines at stores, bars, restaurants, etc. Average charge is between 1.50 and 2.00. Most banks and CU charge $3.00.

Im not sure if the pre-paid card is like a debit card where you can get cash back on purchases from stores, but that is another way to avoid ATM charges.

It all depends on the ATM machine. However most of the limits are between $100 and $200.
