American Express Membership Rewards - Spouse Use of Targeted Offer

Today I received a targeted offer for a personal American Express Platinum card (100K bonus points after $3K spend within three months). I already have a personal American Express Platinum card, and so am curious about the feasibility of my spouse using this offer.
