Credit Card Programs - Miles trend

Not sure where to post this... has someone (preferably some who gets a lots of points) ever posted a miles trend...

e.g. Jan: Applied for a bunch of card... Account Points: 200000
Feb: Applied for a bunch of card... Account Points: 450000
...
...
June: Used points for a transatlantic trip.. Account Points: 150000


Now, the points may be spread across different programs.. etc... but I just wanted to see how the balances trend out for people who do card churning and travel on a frequent basis.
