Hello,
I have just exchanged 140k FB miles for two Hertz 7-day vouchers. The plan is to use them for a two week consecutive in Turkey.
So I called Hertz in France (where my FB account is based), and they made two separate reservations for me, one week after the other.
On each reservation confirmation, there are all the details such as car category etc and dates. Two things that are a little 'loose' in my mind:
1. On each confirmation, there is the corresponding price indicated. I called them up again and asked if this is correct. They said that all should be good - and just bring the vouchers along that everything should be fine - nothing more to pay. Have you any experience on this process, as I want to make sure that I do not get caught when I land at Dalaman Airport with my wife and young kids due to some 'technical' issue, as we have a two-hour drive down south.
2. During the reservation process the class of car that is nominated in the voucher is not available. So they booked me in one class up (Economy to Compact). Do you think I will need to fork out the difference here?
