Does anyone know if the fat-free poppyseed dressing at Panera contains a sugar substitute? I can't find any information that states this, but I find that it tastes like it is sweetened with Splenda or stevia or something else. Not a fan.

The ingredient list is right on their website:
Fat Free Poppyseed, Half Portion
Fat free poppyseed dressing (water, evaporated cane juice, distilled vinegar, orange juice concentrate, contains less than 2% of dehydrated onion, cellulose gel and cellulose gum, poppy seeds, salt, xanthan gum, spice, rebaudioside A [a non-nutritive sweetener from stevia], natural flavor).
So yes, it contains a stevia product.

Ha, I didn't even realize there was a link to click on ingredients from the nutritional calculator. Thanks!

Fat equals flavor. Generally, products that are fat free have an added sweetener to make up for it. Quite often, the "fat free" version of a product actually has significantly more sugar then the "plain" or "original" versions making it far less healthy.

I know this. I am fine with sugar, as long as the calorie count works for me. I just don't like the taste of any artificial sweeteners. I wish places disclosed this similar to allergens, but sadly, the world does not revolve around me. :(
