Hawaii-based Airlines - BOA Hawaiian Airlines CC Reconsideration number?

My app for the BOA Hawaiian Airlines CC is pending. Who do I call for reconsideration? The BOA online app status check doesn't bring up my info so I'm thinking BOA won't work.

Any ideas guys?
