(“Grand Prize Winner”) will
receive a trip for two (2) people – the Grand Prize Winner and his/her “Guest” – to New
York City, New York from August 22, 2012 through August 24, 2012 (the “Trip”) to attend
the Seattle’s Best Red Cup Showdown Finals Event (the “Event”). The Trip includes:
round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) the Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major metropolitan airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the New York City metropolitan area; round-trip ground transfers between the New York airport and the hotel; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel to be selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion; round-trip ground transfers between the hotel and the Event; VIP entrance and access to the Event on August 23, 2012; two (2) tickets to a Broadway show (selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion); a $1,600 “Cup of Red Cup Cash” awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner; and one (1) year supply of Seattle’s Best Coffee awarded in the form of fifty (50) coupons that can each be redeemed for one (1) 12oz. package of Seattle’s Best Coffee.
The Trip and all travel related to the Trip must be taken on or about the dates set forth above. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be available to stay in New York City, New York for three (3) days / two (2) nights or the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be forfeit and awarded to another winner, time permitting, in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Event is currently scheduled to take place on August 23, 2012, but is subject to change.
Instant Win Game Prize (3,500): Each Instant Win Game Prize Winner will receive one
(1) $10 Walmart Gift Card
