I am in the very early stages of planning a RTW trip. I checked Wandering Aramean's RTW fare pricing tool and it says that CRWSTAR1 ex-CPH is $6389. However, when I price out a simple CPH-FRA-SFO-NRT-BKK-CDG-CPH itinerary on *A website, it says that the estimated price is 8,222 USD (plus taxes). Is this because the site uses LH as the booking engine?

The fares ex-CPH were recently increased by 20%-30%, so itīs no longer worth it to start there. I believe sbm12īs RTW pricing tool is only updated every now and then, so discrepancies are possible.

Any way to get the updated list of cities with the lowest RTW fares?

I use expertflyer, but I have not created a matrix.

ICN (7500) and NRT (7800) are still below most other cities. I believe PRG (7900) is still a better deal as well.

cheers,

Henry
