Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - MU: what seats on FRA-PVG?

I am looking at China Eastern for a Frankfurt-Shanghai return as their direct service is half the price of Lufthansa's. What seats will I get in business? According to their website MU operate three different kinds of seats: 1990s style, angled flat and fully flat. I'm not too worried about angled-flat but is there any risk of ending up in a 1990s-style seat? Does MU have a reputation for last-minute aircraft changes? And what is their PVG international lounge like? I'm looking to spend about three hours there and need a good internet connection. Thank you! ps
