Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Can't book the cook

I have BMI award flights in J on SQ next year SIN-LHR-SIN, and can find them and select seats on the normal SQ website. I also have UA awards SIN-MEL also in J. However when i follow the link from the book the cook page, it can't find the bookings. Is there a maximum time limit for book the cook, or do I need to contact the call centre to sort it out?

You can Book the Cook up to 24 hours before the flight. Call the call centre.

I used the same ref I used to select seats on these flights.

But try both the BMI Amadeus code, and then the SQ PNR code. Either one should work.
If not, just call SQ res and tell them what you want to order -

Looked at my reservation for next year now - when choosing meals it only pulls up the none SQ flights on the same reservations, but none of the SQ flights on it.
