Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - So, how do I get MH to credit Enrich miles ?

I've read somewhere that MH are notorishly bad ....now I'm a believer.
Flew 2 segments 9th June. I still have the BP's and Tickets. The BP has my correct Enrich account printed on it, but the points haven't landed.
I've emailed "Contact Us" from being logged into the Enrich website - nothing heard (2 weeks ago).
I've looked at the National Oz telephone directory - no Malaysia Airlines office in OZ.
Any ideas on a way forward ? A email address that may work ?
Many thanks.

either show up at the Enrich KL office (not possible in your case) or call into the MH KL hotline.

No other effective way I know of.

Use the "contact us" tab/function on the Enrich website, provide the relevant details and attach a scan of the boarding pass. Don't expect a response for about 2 weeks...

call them. you'll get the points in your account within a week.

The problem with that is that they want you to send the boarding pass to them. Once that original boarding pass is out of your hands, it is very difficult to chase it up. I don't know why retrospective claims for miles is such a difficult process! It's so easy with Qantas!

Send the boarding pass but keep a copy always for yourself.

I emailed them (with scans of the various boarding passes) over 3 weeks ago but didn't get any response. Then I used the "contact us" function a week ago attaching scans of the boarding passes but have still not had any response. Why is this process so difficult and slow?!

Enrich is in a total mess; the head left and the customer service manager retired. The person taking charge is useless but has a huge ego, she doesn't even know how FFP works; she insisted that frequent flyers cannot earn elite qualifying miles if one chooses to credit the miles into a another FFP within an alliance (eg Oneworld). Enrich seriously need someone with real FFP experience !

if this is true, I am changing my oneworld FF provider...

The "Claim missing points" tab returns, "We are unable to process your claim because your flight number does not match with our record."
I don't know why - all my inputs are correct.

From the "Contact Us" option, I've had a email response (some 3 weeks later). They have apologised for the delay and have credited only one of our accounts, from the two of us who flew - guess who missed out. Once again, all details, all pax, on all segments were provided.

I have just emailed again. We will see !

I got a response 4 weeks after I emailed them. There was an apology for the delay but, thankfully, my flights were credited. I have 1 more flight that hasn't come through, so it looks like I'll have to go through this process again. :(

Do flight miles ever atomatically credit ?????
Can anyone confirm that Enrich miles have ever automatically credited to a Enrich account after the flight has been completed.
My BP has the correct Enrich number printed on it. I starting to think they are happy to share the ink on the boarding pass, but that's where it stops.

Actually the majority of my flights credit automatically. I had a bunch of flights around when the Enrich website went down for "upgrading" in June and these were the ones that didn't get credited. I've had more flights about 2 weeks ago and these came through within 48 hours of the flighyt being taken.

I find that I have to make sure that my Enrich number is in the reservation to begin with and then confirm it again at check-in. It's when one of those 2 things aren't done that the miles don't come through. Silly, I know, but that's Enrich for you!

Update: My follow up contact with Enrich about 2 weeks ago (through the "contact us" tab on the Enrich website) for the remainder of missing flights was just credited. I am now fully up-to-date on my account. :) I just hope there won't be any further problems crediting miles for my upcoming flights at the end of this month.

We live in New Zealand and travel back to KL every one or two years to visit family. We are a family of 4. I joined us all up for Enrich but i was just wondering if someone can explain to me how often you have to travel with them to actually get any rewards. They are the only ones flying Akl-Kul direct.

We also belong to Air NZ frequent flyer club which has a lot of benefits since my husband travels quite a bit with work. He is Gold elite. Should we take the trouble to fly via Singapore or something? I'm still trying to work out what benefits Enrich offers infrequent flyers!! We may start to fly the Kul once a year in the future.

Thanks for any Enrich members who can shed light on this situation!

These two airlines are in opposite alliances. NZ = Star Alliance and MH = OneWorld (or on their way).
When flying leisure in any FF Programme, you will struggle to acheive Status and Rewards - unless your travel is in Biz class.
More so, if you spread the points earned, over two different alliances.
You will find that Rewards points requirements will be very similar.
Happy pondering.
