Hyatt Gold Passport - Help children ill ! (extend stay at Grand Cypress?)

Im at Hyatt Cypress near Disney, Ive been here since Friday, unfortunately first daughter came down with Strep on arrival, shes now better but the other one has now come down with it! We check out Wednesday and still have not been to Disney. We think that she will be ok for Thursday.
Im diamond and used a suite upgrade, do you think they will let us extend and stay in the suite and who would be best bet to ask, the hotel or diamond line? thanks

Well - I took a look online - and the hotel doesn't seem to be that busy through Fri night (but is sold out Sat night). Suite inventory doesn't show up online - so have no idea about their availability.

My advice would be to call the Diamond Line tonight to see what they can do - be prepared that they may not be able to do anything until you speak with a manager at the property tomorrow morning. If suite inventory is available, I don't see why you won't be able to stay in the suite for a couple more nights (even if you check out on Sat - you'd only be over the 7 night limit on the Diamond Suite upgrade by 1 night - just in case they are going by the book - do you have another Diamond Suite upgrade avaialble?). have you been to the doctor

when my boys came down with it (separate times) the doc gave them some antibiotic and they were feeling good enough the next day. good enough to go to school as the doc said it would work in 24 hours.
