My girlfriend's a vegetarian. Never flew out of Newark on a long haul, but since UA847 got moved from IAD to EWR, alas I will be there Wed night. Recommendations?

Does she eat seafood/sushi? If so the place next to Gallaghers is decent.

The ironbound section of Newark has the best restaurants...but not for vegetarians. These Spanish and Portuguese restaurants are known for their meats and seafood.
