Hertz - Any current Gold Reward bonus promo's?

Any offers on at the moment to earn bonus Gold Plus Rewards? I have been through a number of websites but I can't find anything.

I have 3 US hires and 2 Euro hires in the next couple of months so any bonus advice would be appreciated.

Only thing I'm aware of is double points with the airline partners, which doesn't always seem like a great deal since it usually costs a bit more.
