Travel Products - Budget carry-on UK

Got some weekends away booked at the end of this year and looking for a recommendation for a carry-on that would be allowed in cabin on the likes of BA, EasyJet and Ryanair (eek, not my choice!).
I'm guessing I want something as big as I'm allowed on for flexibility and with wheels. I'm new to this proper luggage game, most of my travels recently have involved a battered looking Lowe Alpine backpack.
Budget I guess of about £60-70? (No idea if this is realistic)
If you could point me in the direction of some recommendations it would be much appreciated.

tkmaxx seems to try to cater seasonally and the last time I was in there they had some great very lightweight wheeled carryons around the £30 mark. Watch out with Ryanair though. They really do measure and weigh carryon luggage at checkin.

I picked up a great little carry on for a song on clearance at Lilywhite's - think the brand name was Dunlop, not certain. Bought it mid trip to accommodate some extra purchases and have used it over and over since.

£36, which I think is cheaper than the US. A great bag which converts to backpack. It is .8cm bigger than the Ryanair spec, but is soft, so will fit the sizer. Good reviews on here and in one bag forums.
No wheels, so more content for your cash.
Be careful no to over-fill - Ryanair does weigh hand baggage and you are limited to one item of 10Kg - less what you stuff into your pockets.
