Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Transfers to TK miles

Are there any options for NA points holders? TK has a pretty good OW chart between Europe and the Middle east, but what ways are there to get miles to TK, other than flying? It isn't a member of SPG/points.com, etc.

The other main source of getting bonus miles on TK is via Shop& Miles Credit Cards issued in Turkey by Garanti Bank.
All other partner source are quite limited.

Just thought I'd bump this... any way to convert from anything into Miles&Smiles?
