Flying Blue (Air France, KLM, and Other Partners) - Forgotten password, Flying Blue account locked

Hello,

I've forgotten my password to a Flying Blue account (my last FB flight has been a year ago) and after some attempts to get it right or answer the secret question that I couldn't do, either, my account was locked and is still locked after a couple of days. Is there a way to unlock it? :confused:

For me the only way was Facebook support. Regular Cust Sup simply didn't understand what I want from them. Facebook team solved problem within hours...

The FB support page is very good. By far the easiest way to find help.

Have to agree that the KLM team on FB is very helpfull. Things the office cannot do, they can - for instance assign a seat on European flights before check-in.
