Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - received mileage credit, only after 5 months

Yesterday I noticed that M&M finally credited my account with missing miles of 2 UA flights back in february.

It took an online credit request, 3 phonecalls and mailing the boarding passes.

Only one error : they credited twice. I will not complain, hopefully they don't notice the error.
