Credit Card Programs - Any UK World Elite Mastercard issuers?

Hi,

I noticed this while browsing the special offers of the UK mastercard website earlier today:

It would seem that the World Elite card offers many similar benefits to an AMEX Plat charge card. Does anyone know if there any UK issuers of this card? I tried looking around but couldn't find any info!
