Amtrak Guest Rewards - Guest Rewards number not on ticket purchased with iPhone App?

I purchased a ticket this week using the Amtrak iPhone app. I just noticed my Guest Rewards number is not on the ticket stub beneath my name like it usually is. I checked, and the app has my Guest Rewards number in my profile.

Has anyone seen this? Did you get credit?

Have you looked online to see if the trip shows up under your account?

Is there a traveler profile in addition to your account info? I'm not an iPhone user so I can't check it out for you.

It hasn't shown up yet (but neither has the trip I took 2 days earlier, which did have my GR number on the ticket).

Sorry, I meant your Amtrak account, not AGR. I presumed the trip hadn't happened yet. If it has, then you might try booking a future trip and see if it makes the trip to your Amtrak account. Keep the ticket number handy in case you need it to cancel by phone (voice not iPhone).
