Credit Card Programs - Best CC for large [business] spending?

I run a business where almost all purchases are made with CC. I've been using my personal cards since business was fairly new but I think it's time I look for a single solution since my CPA is recommending to go with a business card...

Only problem is I've never seen a card that'll allow $200k+/month charge. Amex is out of question for a personal reason but only charge card I've seen is from BofA and Chase ink Bold. Company Rev is about $2.8ml/yr, 7 empl

I've had BofA checking and credit card since 1998 with no bad history and heavy spending/paying off currently, but I've had a chase credit card and checking for 1-2 years only. I'm using currently citi,discover,2xbofa (all personal cards)

I have about 10 inquiries on my cr and my most recent score from WellsFargo was 740 but I was declined on auto-loan because I do not have any installment history other than student loan or a small car lease...

I will sincerely appreciate a recommendation for my situation since I don't think I can afford to put any more inquiries. :(

Thank you in adv.

Everyone else here will tell you Amex Plat, but if you've outlawed that for personal reasons...Palladium Card?

Palladium is personal only, there is currently no business version. I went through a similar gyration earlier this year. For me Palladium personal and Chase Ink Bold Business matched me well when I transferred away from AMEX.

Chase was very easy to work with, I had to give them some documentation for the business line because I have monthly charges similar to yours.

Daraius has a post about this on his blog, that goes into depth on each credit card, here's the link http://millionmilesecrets.com/2012/07/11/airline-credit-card-bonuses/

Nice find, most bang for your buck for sure and those make sense if you know which airline you will fly, but they aren't as flexible as ultimate rewards (or membership rewards but apparently AMEX is dead to the OP).

Though I do not have the same kind of monthly spend has yours. I can say that Chase Business (and chase ink bold) have been very good to us.

... Amex is out of question for a personal reason

Do you only mean cards issued by American Express or also Amex-network cards issued by (for example) Bank of America or Citibank?

You do not necessarily need a "charge" card to have a high spending limit. All MasterCard World and VISA Signature products have a "no preset spending limit" feature which allows the account to exceed the stated revolving credit limit. Are your business bank accounts at Bank of America or Merrill Lynch?

Assuming your cash flow can handle it, you might try getting a biz card and prepaying. You say you charge $200K a month, that's about $10K per business day. So the first day you get it you pay $25K on it, before using it. As you start using it, you pay $10K a day - easy thing to do with online billpaying and such. Thus you are always running a credit balance, but with interest rates where they are, that's probably not costing you much.

It's hard for me to imagine a company issuing a business card, having the account always having a credit balance, and saying "Oops, sorry, you are using it too much."

If you are planning to use the card as a source of working capital of course, even for just a few weeks, that's another matter.

I googled Palladium and says Private Banker is required. (25-$30mil in liquid asset) ?? What info did you have to give it to them?

Only cards from Amex. I can have Amex-network cards.
I do have Visa Signature as well as MC World Elite and while they let me go over the limit, 1) it wasn't much and 2) somehow they stopped doing that since 2 months ago.. (should I be careful?)

I completely agree but unfortunately we do not have 'comfortable' amount of cash to put as down payment.. Thank you for your take though.!

Thank you, consensus seems Chase is the way to go.

Applying for a charge card is not going to give you the ability to run the balance up to $200-300,000. A charge card is no different in this regard than the cards you already hold. If you have been denied credit for a secured loan and your current card issuers have restricted your spending you already have a problem, and applying for another card is unlikely to be the solution.
