Technical Support and Feedback - Can't file sent PMs?

Tried to do some housekeeping this evening and sort my PMs into folders. No problems creating folders, no problems filing received messages... but it seems I can't file messages that are in my "sent" folder - the option just doesn't exist.

Is this by design, or is it a bug?
