If I have a business class flight from Guilin to Seoul (ICN) and then a United Airlines first class flight to SFO, will I have access to Asiana's first class lounge for my 13 hour layover, even though my next flight is on United.

Yes, and there is only one first class lounge for *A at concourse A where UA flights depart, that is OZ F lounge.

If you have a longish connection, you might want to stay in the main terminal and use the OZ F lounge there before heading over to the concourse terminal

Although the lounge attendants are almost guaranteed to try to shoo you away to the remote terminal lounge. However, they will do it in the most incredibly polite manner.

Yes, you're 100% correct. But 100% of the time when I'm given that line, I politely responded that I'm aware of the lounge in the concourse terminal, and aware of the time it takes to get there via the train, I would prefer to use the main terminal lounge. Every time I'm allowed access to the main terminal lounge.
