Any one else noticing MP Dining miles not posting even though they've been "paid". I think its been a while since they have deposited in my account... backed up like 500 miles

I have the same issue. I had Dining posts on 7/3, still no miles in my United account. Glad to know it isn't just me.

I have dining miles posted as late as June 21...

Just a data point, not sure how long you have been waiting for them....

Dining miles from the week of June 25 have not posted for me as of yet.

Was waiting for someone to start this thread....6/19 posted but 6/22 & later haven't. Mine usually take about 7-10 days to post.

Took my wife out for our anniversary in late June--didn't even realize the place was a MP Dining participant until I got the "What did you think about Kaz Sushi Bistro?" e-mail from MP Dining.

The miles showed up on my MP account within a week.

Was waiting for someone to start this thread....6/19 posted but 6/22 & later haven't. Mine usually take about 7-10 days to post.

I've had problems since late June, as well. I contacted them and had to fax my receipts. I've since gotten the "rate your dine" emails on the missing visits, but no miles, as of yet. I will give them ten days from when I faxed them, then I'll start calling again.

I have this problem as well. What's the phone number people are using to reach the dining program?

Funny - after i started this email chain - one of my newer dining visits posted... though still missing the 3 previous... for 323 miles

Since the program uses our old MP numbers (not the "new" ones, ie, the old Continental numbers) maybe United is having problems with or has discontinued the sweeps from the old to the new account numbers?\

I notice the latest activity email shows the new UA number.

Tried to log in tonight to make sure a CC that has 5% earning on dining this quarter is registered, but was unable to log in using either the new UA number or the old UA number.

Requested email for userid and password - none arrives.

I assume the site is down for account access.

Looks like dining miles have started posting again. I have some miles posted to my UA account from dines during the week of June 25.

I haven't gone back to reconcile, so I don't know yet if any are missing....

I have miles for dines up to 6/26, but also have not reconciled. I guess I need to keep an eye on that too now...

Same thing happened to me. My miles were paid on7/3 but did not post until today( but the miles paid on7/10 were posted ).
I called UA and was told to talk with the merchant so I called Rewardsnetwork Monday and was told they will have their airline liason look into it. I suggest calling RN as it worked for me.

I had called RN about a week ago and my dines from 7/3 now show in my MP account as well. Hopefully this is all squared away now.

Looks like this is broken again for me again. Anyone else??

As many of you with Dining accounts know MPDining usually sweeps once a week and then the miles post to United about a day after the sweep. The sweeps from both 08/28/12 and 09/04/12 are both failing to show up in my United account. This seems to be an ongoing issue and appears to be broken on the United side of things. When calling MPDining, they can see everything and have records of it getting sent to United. When I call United, they tell me to call MPDining. Hhhhh, getting sick of this.

A suggestion: I purchased some flowers from FTD.COM on June 3. As of a few days ago, the miles (not an insignificant number) were still not in my MP account.

So I filed a BBB complaint online.

Within FIVE minutes I had a phone call from FTD.COM and a second phone call about four hours later with the confirmation that the miles had posted.

If FTD or MP Dining is going to advertise themselves as a United "partner," then I don't much care which entity is to blame. And clearly in this case FTD.COM had some leverage with United that my half a dozen emails and phone calls had not achieved.

So, might be worth filing a BBB complaint

Talked to MP Dining this afternoon - turns out, just like in July they had their file with earnings in August rejected by UA. They are apparently going to transmit again today - the rep said look for them Thursday. If you do not see them by then - call again

Well it looks like that failed then. I still have nothing showing on the United side from either the 8/28 or 9/4 sweeps.

I have been receiving emails from MP Dining indicating my earnings (and asking for reviews), but nothing being posted to my UA account....

Miles are still missing on my UA account. I wonder how long more it will take them to resolve this issue.

I have 3 missing posts also. I called Dining, and they said call UA, I called UA, and they said call Dining. I called back and they said "we will call you when they are ready to post". Really????? Absurd.

Nobody seems to know, I check daily, and nothing. First time in a very long time I've had a problem.

Time for a BBB complaint. Nothing tends to work faster in my experience. My take is that the fault is MP Dining. They are the ones who represent that you will receive miles for dining. They should make good on that representation.

MP Dining needs to put the pressure on UA as the incentive to dine in participating restaurants is eliminated when members have to beg and plead for miles to post. A month ago, MP Dining gave me 250 extra miles as "customer compensation" to cheer me up, but even those miles haven't posted! What a deplorable situation.

Wow, this is going from bad to worse. This used to be a reliable and relatively quick way to bump my miles up. At this rate I am questioning if it is worth the hassle of even trying to track.

And who keeps their dining receipts for 90 days?

I am not familiar with the intricacies of how these programs work, but I have to wonder if UA is dragging their feet and hoping no one tracks this and makes them post the miles.

I have summary emails from United Dining showing my monthly dine activity, but I need to have receipts to get the miles posted? Why is this such a drawn out process? :confused:

I was able to get my miles posted by sending in a copy of my credit card statement.

I actually noticed 2 dines that were posted yesterday appeared in my MP account... now I have to call up MP Dining to get the rest of the 1016 points that are missing from Aug/Sept

When I threatened to put UA on report for giving themselves 90 days to post miles, the Mileage Plus Service Director got on the case and manually posted the missing miles. It's sad indeed that I had to resort to threats but nothing else worked.

I also noticed 1 dine from 9/12/12 posted for me. However, many miles between 8/12/12 and 9/12/12 are still missing.

I've had the same experience as Stompey & CMH. A dine from 09/13 posted in Tuesday's sweep (09/18.) Sadly, the sweeps from Aug 21 & 28 plus Sep 4 & 11 are still missing.

I called MP Dining - they are sending my missing miles to their "Airline Rep".- and should be posting within 7-10 days... we will see...

They did say they had a "glitch" and the "Airline Rep" will take care of it... what is an "airline rep"... can't they just resend the data?

I'm also missing a dine that got passed over in this most recent sweep. I'm going to assume it is United's fault since it probably is.

Well as of this morning all of my missing dines from the August and September sweeps on MP side are there. Something started working anyway.

Mine are there too, we will see if the 1000 I just earned from the every $250 show up. If they post, company reimbursed lunches definitely great way to earn!

So are their any catches with this? I signed up with chase sapphire. I always use my chase ultimate rewards miles on united when I have them.

In theory I should be earning 3 miles to united and 2 to chase per $, correct?
Then after 12 transactions 5 miles to united and 2 to chase per $

So in practice, 7 miles per $ on dining (at their listed places), Or am I mistaken?

Yep. I have 2 dines missing (on the United side) from that sweep as well. MP Dining shows them as paid on the 6th.

I thought they fixed this. But now I have dines showing paid on Jan 8 & 15 that still have not posted to Mileage Plus. Rewards Network can't explain, nor can MP.
