Found this fare using Matrix ITA

$234 departing 8/31 returning 9/3

It's about 6.0 cpm. Nonstop flights only, I can't get any connections to give a lower cpm, and can't get same day returns. It isn't the best fare for pure mileage running, but it is available for many dates in August, not a bad summer fare. PDX has had a lot of good deals so far this year.

While I dont need this one, I know people who do need to get out to Portland later this year, so I will have them check it out. As for connections, you can get the same fare with a SLC/MSP connection, however that really does not add all that much in mileage. In the past, I have seen DTW-PDX fares allow a LAX connection to a AS flight where it does give you a much higher mileage accrual.

Really? Definitely doesn't deserve caps and an exclamation mark in the subject. This seems to happen once a day on a so-so fare.
