Same economy seat, just a few more inches of leg room. cal_dood Jul 10, 12, 12:06 am Sorry - maybe my question was not clear. Which airlines offer premium economy/ economy plus in routes out of India? And can I ask my TA to book these? United does? On which route? Keyser Jul 10, 12, 12:31 am there are a bunch that offer premium economy or economy plus but i think we need to know where you are flying to in order to give a better answer.... cal_dood Jul 10, 12, 12:42 am My usual destinations are Brussels, Boston, New York from Bom ( or PNQ-DEL connection) Keyser Jul 10, 12, 1:40 am My usual destinations are Brussels, Boston, New York from Bom ( or PNQ-DEL connection) to your destinations, the only ones i can think of are ba, vs & af....these have a separate cabin for premium economy....the other airlines just use the first few rows or the exit rows as economy plus.... the best premium economy in my opinion is on tk, but they don't offer that out of india....if you are going to ny then it can be an option from ist.... cal_dood Jul 10, 12, 2:14 am Thanks that is good to know for the future. I guess I will stick to BA for now. Main reason is I like a very specific late evening BA flight out of BRU (to BOM via LHR) which saves me two hotel nights on my way back to PNQ. Hope it stays till I am flying this sector. Also, has happened to me twice, sometimes Premium Economy (called World Traveler Plus on BA) is cheaper than economy. The benefit is extra tier points which fast track you to getting status. And lastly, don't want to go back to *A or SkyTeam till OW gives me a reason to. Forgot to mention - my corporate policy allows me Premium Economy (nothing higher than that :-( ) hence this thread.
