Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Good FFP for Kenya Airways redemption (MBA-SEZ) ?

I am currently looking for a ticket MBA-(NBO)-SEZ on Kenya Airways, which is quite expensive ~ 400 Euros O/W. Is there any good FFP where you can easily generate some miles and book with miles instead to save some $$$ ?

Avianca Redemption (on Ethiopian metal) MBA-(ADD)-SEZ would just be ~150 Euros in Y, 250 Euros in C, but unfortunately travel time is more than 12 hours, which is quite inconvienient.

Are you aware that KQ is a full Skyteam member ? Do you have miles in any ST member programs (e,g, AF, KL, DL, KE, etc), or can you transfer in points from elsewhere ?

Has the OP investigated availability of award tickets on Kenya for the desired flights and dates? They're in SkyTeam and I think they participate in the FB FF program with AF and KLM. AFAIK you con transfer AmEx MR points to DL miles almost instantly, but doing so is not considered to be good value.

hi I am aware that they are a skyteam member...
klm/af charge very high fees on awards so thats not feasable...
basically I am looking for a SkyTeam FFP which lets you buy miles and which is good value for the redemption (one-way, not too many miles for central africa -> maledives award)

DL lets you buy miles, but DL charges the same number of miles for a one way award ticket as for the round trip, so this is not a good option.
