An article about Monday's Celebrity Grope:

These weren't TSOs though. The article mentions she was flying out of the UK, and that isn't your run-of-the-mill TSA checkpoint.

Why worry about wasting time on small details like that in dumbed down Daily Mail land?

Yesterday they spent all day wittering on about how Andy Murray could be the first Brit to win a Wimbledon singles title since 1936. Conveniently forgetting that Virgina Wade won it in 1977.

Obviously Ms Minaj is a keen reader of FT, and is the first celebrity to make use of the proposal suggested yesterday by Pesky Monkey in the drink-testing thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/18893687-post89.html):
We need to create a new urban dictionary term for idiotic which is "TSA".

"Dude, that guy's wiping before he poops" .
"That's friggin TSA".

:D

Here's the MTV coverage of this story:

MTV:
Nicki Minaj Is The Latest Celeb To Get A Too-Close-For-Comfort Pat Down From The TSA

Here's a short quote of a paragraph that cracked me up:
The famously voluptuous hip-hop princess took to Twitter to discuss her experience with the Transportation Security Administration at London’s Heathrow Airport, saying, “Pretty sure I was just overtly fondled @ this check point. By a very old lady w/an accent. Word?”

“Pretty sure I was just overtly fondled @ this check point. By a very old lady w/an accent. Word?”

What a sheltered world she must live in. Accent? You were leaving the effing UK!

"Mike Rogers (R-Ala.), chairman of the House Homeland Security Transportation Subcommittee, explain: "There are certain people that are just so well-known that you've just got to use your common sense."

Newsflash - outside of MTV, Nicki Minaj is not well known, especially to old ladies with accents.
