Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Showers at the Heathrow Clubhouse?

I have scoured the VA web site and I see lots of info about bars and spas and food, but no mention of showers. Are there any? I am arriving on United so not eligible for the Revivals Lounge but connecting to a VA Upperclass flight so do have access to the Clubhouse. I have a 10 hour layover (between two 9 hour flights) so think a shower is going to be a must!

Take your swim shorts (and a water proof bag) though !

Lovely showers! They're some of the biggest shower rooms I've seen in a lounge, and you get one for your exclusive use while you are in the complex.

I agree about the quality of them.

Trying to understand what you mean about the exclusive use? You have to book a time or take pot luck -- access is not guaranteed. Whether you use it exclusively is up to you. ;)

I meant that when I was in the spa pool, the one i had was locked and only mine, so I could leave my stuff strewn all over it. It was pretty quiet though.

(I have an ability - I call it a gift - to make a room look 'lived in' as soon as I arrive in it :D)

Appreciate the quick replies. I just cancelled the room I had booked at the Hilton for the 10 hours I'm on the ground. Shower, food, spa...what more could a girl ask for on a layover! :D
