Club Carlson - Delay in getting points credited

Is it just me or is there a noticeable delay in getting points credited after stays?

In the past year I would say almost half of my stays don't get credited automatically although I book via my account on clubcarlson.com

I have dutifully filled in the claim for missing stays email but even this seems to be taking ages to get a response.

Am I just incredibly unlucky or is it a wider problem? I'm a few stays off Concierge so am keen to make sure they are counted before a longer stay in Russia later this year.

My data shows 3day posting for me, hubby, both siblings, both parents for all three promos for a total of 18 stays. I've also had a fourth stay that also posted in 3 days. These were all in the last six weeks.

Oh maaaan, some hotels post three days after check out some can take up to one month, it all depends on the hotel

can confirm that it seems to take very different time lengths, may be chance, but particularly Park Inn stays never appear in my profile without email intervention at Carlson. Unfortuantely they take ages at the moment to action any emails, swamped by the interest in the promotions!
