I have the US Airways cc where I also received a companion voucher *spend $250 on rt flight and up to 2 ppl get it for 99$" also came with a lounge voucher for 2. Is this a one time signup bonus or do I get these every cc anniversary?

I never received mine 5 months into having the card, despite me calling Borneo about it 3x and them "sending it out" 3 times. FML.

Insist that they overnight it to you. They did this for me when I called to inquire after they "forgot" to send mine the first time.
