I have tried every operating system to print my membership card . I'm on a status match with my delta diamond to premier 1k for a 90 day period . Could this be a reason why I'm struggling to print ? Has anyone had a challenge an been able to print a temp card or have they removed that feature
Thanks ,
Shane .

A membership card won't be issued until you reach your match requirement.

So no temp card can be printed out ?
I am not aware of a way to "Print" a card, you get one in the mail when you hit a given status level

The 3rd link down from the premier status box on my screen says "milage calculator "
Mileage Calculator is the 4th down on mine. 3rd is print card. If you don't have the link then it is probably because you are on a challenge and have not met all the requirements of the challenge so are not a full fleged 1K yet.
Maybe there is someone else out there on the challenge and not completed it yet and can look to see if they can print. If they can, there is a problem with your account. If they can't then probably is correct that you can't print it until you become a real 1K.

Believe challenge customers are not provided a card, so not surprising the online printing is disabled.

Is there anyone else running a challenge who can print a tem membership card?

i was status matched recently(10 days ago) and can not also print a temp card....i called the premier line and was told that i should have the card in the mail within 7-10 days.....i have alot of flights ~14 (Europe & Asia) coming up in the first week of August and i am just afraid that i will run into problems with the check-in staff and lounges...can I email them to request proof of *G status in case i dont get the card in the mail on time...thanks
I can confirm this issue. I was given a temp Silver status due to a PQM posting delay issue. During the temp period I have been unable to see the option to print a card. My temp status expires at the end of this month. My missing PQMs are now there so I am assuming once the real Silver status kicks in, so will my ability to print a card.

That's correct; I never had the option during the 90 day qualification period. The link appeared as soon as I qualified however before the 90 day period ended. I had to call to have the card mailed as well

I understand from this and other threads that being able to print a membership card is a good bellwether for determining if you've met challenge requirements. Does anyone know how quickly the link appears after challenge-completing miles post? Any other ways of determining if your challenge is complete?
(Replying on this thread was a bit of a bump, but I think it was appropriate. Mods, please move if necessary.)

(Replying on this thread was a bit of a bump, but I think it was appropriate. Mods, please move if necessary.)The link to print your membership card should always show on your main account page and the card shown on the screen should indicate your current status (and if status is updated via crossing over to a higher level or in your case, completing a challenge, it may take a day or two to update). As to other ways to determine if you've completed the challenge, you can always do it the old fashioned way by looking at your account activity for the challenge period and simply adding up the miles and segments flown

The link to print your membership card should always show on your main account page . . . .
Nah. As others have mentioned (and as is the case with me), the link to the printable card disappears during the challenge, and plugging in the URL directly just redirects you back to your account home page.

Thanks for the info ^ but it still should update after the challenge has been completed, right?

I actually find it kind of impressive that they manage to make it happen, given that it's probably a non-trivial IT project.

It should update, according to others, but I'm seeing a lag and wondering if that's normal.

Current terms of status challenges say challengees do not receive premier stautus cards, which appears to mean they can't print one, either. Are challengees (>UA Silver) accorded *G lounge privileges or is lack of card a device to keep them out until they fulfil their challenge?

Depends on the lounge. UC yes, and more and more *G partners, yes. It's coterminous with whether they accept *G printed on the boarding pass.
