Hi guys,

Not a regular at the *A forum so pardon me if my question is a bit primitive

I am a member of Thai Airways Royal Orchid. I recently flew a few sectors with Air China whilst I was in China. Tickets were purchased on spot so forgot to worry about miles. Now I have the BPs from the flight. I would like to know if I can have the miles credited to my Royal Orchid account ? If yes, how and who should I contact ?

Any help shall be appreciated

regards

Assuming your flights were in mileage-earning eligible classes, then you should submit your BPs to Royal Orchid service centre ... and keep copies for yourself. Or check the TG website and see if you can get credit online.

When buying tix there was only one class and one fare and it was Y so I am confident I should receive miles for it

Can I submit online scanned copies online or email them somewhere?

Thai Airways has an FAQ (http://www.thaiairways.com/faqs/en/royal-orchid-plus-faqs.htm#faq4) on their website for this:

What do I do when miles are not automatically credited to my account?

A : For flights with THAI, Star Alliance and partner airlines, the ORIGINAL boarding passes and a copy of your ticket must be submitted to your local THAI office, or the Members Service Centre in Bangkok, within 6 months of the activity.
Faxed or scanned boarding passes cannot be accepted for mileage claims.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for miles to be credited to your account.
For hotel stays and car rentals with partners, your receipt must be also submitted as above. On partner verification, miles will be credited to your account within 4 weeks.
